Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable. Sale items may only be refunded for store credit unless they are defective.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If the tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, or if there has been no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@picksmarter.shop and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. PickSmarter is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.
